At Azeb Beauty, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our handcrafted hair care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your product arrives damaged, we've got you. If your item was damaged before or during delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at btewabe11@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo clearly showing the damage
Once we review and verify your claim, we will send a replacement at no charge to you.
What We Do Not Cover
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially used
- Damage caused after delivery
- Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
